KEBA 21500 (input module)

Digital output modules DO 242/B and DO 272/A enable the connection

of up to 14 digital outputs. The digital outputs switch the 24 V DC

control signals of a central module galvanically isolated from the

connected actuators and are designed for a load of up to 2 A at 50 %

simultaneity.

The modules are equipped with a fast shutdown function that enables

a rapid shutdown of inductive loads, e.g., hydraulic valves.

Machine processes can thereby be accelerated and productivity increased.

The operational safety is ensured by the permanent short-circuit

protection of the outputs. Should a short circuit occur, it is detected

and reported to the control module.

These modules are attached directly to a CPU module or can be operated

with all KEBA controls by means of bus couplers.

Dimensioning of the power supply line:

When dimensioning the power supply line also observe the possible reduction

factors and the increased en vironmental temperatures in the interior connection

area of the charging station (see temperature rating of the supply terminals).

Under certain circumstances, this can lead to an increase of the cable cross-section

and to the adaptation of the temperature resistance of the power supply line.

The BL 250/B is a bus coupler of the Kemro-control system

It is used to op-erate modules of the system as decentralized I/O

clusters at other controls.The BL 250/B is connected with a

Host-control or another bus link modulevia K-Net. A maximum of

12 modules can be supplied and operated.

Behavior in case of an error at the BL BL 250/B

If an error occurs during start-up of the BL 250/B, the status LED

will remainon red and/or orange. In this case no K-Net bus traffic

will be possible, themodule must be exchanged.

Error states in the ongoing operation of the BL 250/B are monitored

bywatchdog. If the watchdog is triggered, it will activate a reset on

the BL 250/B and all inputs and outputs of the connected modules

will be reset to theirinitial status. The status LED of the BL 250/B

indicates red, the status LEDsof the other K-Net participants will

indicate green.
