High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) Fuel Pumps and Fuel Injectors for Diesel Internal Combustion Engines: Woodward’s large engine diesel fuel injection systems, help Engine OEMs and operators lower their exhaust & noise emissions, lower fuel consumption, and increase service life of the engine. Our common rail fuel injection system, with injection pressures up to 2.500 bars, inject diesel directly into the combustion chamber and the injection can be timed in microsecond, independently of the engines operating cycle. Our modular, scalable common rail fuel systems cover all major OEM diesel engine platforms in data center market.

Large Engine Control Modules (LECM) for improved Diesel & Gas Internal Combustion Engine performance: The Woodward LECM provides a single, engine-mounted module that can be used to control all aspects of the engine’s operation. These include speed and load control, air/fuel ratio control, ignition or injector control, misfire and knock detection, air/gas/exhaust flow control, the engine’s start and stop routines, all the monitoring and engine-protection-related alarms associated with each function, as well as on-board data logging and communications.

Gas Fuel Injection Valves: Woodward’s fuel injection products include TecJet and Solenoid Operated Gas Admittance valves (SOGAV). Our TecJet electronic gas metering valve for single-point injection is integrated with sensors & electronics to inject precise amounts of gas under specified conditions, enabling engine to run lean with low emissions. Our Solenoid Operated Gas Admittance Valve (SOGAV) delivers precise gas mass flow metering per cylinder, enabling gas engines to operate more efficiently while reducing emissions. Both TecJet and SOGAV valves are designed to be part of overall gas fuel admission system and can be used with a wide range of gas qualities – from methane to landfill gas to coal gas – which places it among the most flexible and accurate gas metering devices on the market.
