This is a rack-mount industrial PC / system controller assembly for AMAT CMP

(Chemical Mechanical Planarization) semiconductor polishing tools, assembled

in USA. It acts as the main process control unit for CMP polishing head, platen,

slurry, endpoint, motion and I/O sequencing of the wafer planarization system.

Typical market listing price around USD 11.100 (used untested unit as reference)

Note: There are conflicting descriptions on some vendor websites mistakenly

labeling this PN as ESC electrostatic chuck, which is wrong.

The 0195-14157 is a complete CMP controller rack assembly, not ESC chuck.
