Digital output modules DO 242/B and DO 272/A enable the connection

of up to 14 digital outputs. The digital outputs switch the 24 V DC

control signals of a central module galvanically isolated from the

connected actuators and are designed for a load of up to 2 A at 50 %

simultaneity.

The modules are equipped with a fast shutdown function that enables

a rapid shutdown of inductive loads, e.g., hydraulic valves.

Machine processes can thereby be accelerated and productivity increased.

The operational safety is ensured by the permanent short-circuit

protection of the outputs. Should a short circuit occur, it is detected

and reported to the control module.

These modules are attached directly to a CPU module or can be operated

with all KEBA controls by means of bus couplers.

The KeTop T10 is a machine operating device that is intended for jogging

robots in an intuitive way with „DirectMove“. DirectMove is the name for

operating a robot or a machine on the basis of position detection in or

parallel to the pointing direction.

Compared to a conventional KeTop the KeTop T10 is equipped with a

firmware for calculating the orientation of the device and for communication

with the control, since it has a limited graphical interface.

The key benefit of the KeTop T10 is the knowledge about it’s own orientation

in space. This way the KeTop T10 can be used for selecting desired directions

of movements. Similar to show a direction to a human operator using ones

finger.

Although the KeTop T10 is designed for jogging robots, it can be used for

any application, where it is useful to show directions or orientation in space

by using the device itself.

An integrated emergency stop and an enabling control switch make it the

perfect operating device for any machine requiring save manual operation.

The  new, intuitive way of operation together with its compact size allows

the operator to concentrate on the operated machine instead of paying

attention to the operating device.

The display of the KeTop T10 is used to display the status and shows the

icons setted by the application on the control. An exception are the error

codes or internal icons (e.g. compass for referencing) which are displayed

directly by the KeTop T10.

KeView Trend is a HMI software program for efficient use and fast

visualization creation with the help of a powerful function library, even

without programming knowledge. 

Thanks to freely definable widgets and excellent interaction with KEBA

operating devices, a short time-to-market is ensured.

Freely programmable JAVA extensions open the door to nearly unlimited

KeView Style is based on the latest Java 8 with JavaFX.

Innovative application concepts can be easily implemented

using ViewEdit, the graphic designer. With the integrated multitouch

gestures and the diverse graphical possibilities, it is very easy to

create modern HMI applications. A machine can thereby be operated

as intuitively as a smartphone. With the RealTime Widgets developed

by KEBA, a machine can be directly operated in real-time. By means

of this innovation, hardware variants can be reduced and the HMI

can be used to create a true user experience.
