KUKA Control Panel (KCP)

Das ergonomisch gestaltete Control Panel dient

zum Teachen und Bedienen der Robotersteuerung KR C2 und bildet somit die Mensch–Maschine Schnittstelle. Der Microcontroller sendet

Tastatur– und Zustandsdaten über einen Standard CAN Bus an den PC und wird auf diesem

Weg von der Steuerung initialisiert und parametriert. Die Displayinformation wird über eine separate High–Speed Schnittstelle seriell übertragen.

Das KCP verfügt über ein Vollgrafik–Farb–Display, eine Folientastatur, eine 6D–Mouse und die

Bedienelemente NOT–AUS, Antriebe Ein/Aus,und Zustimmungsschalter.

Über einen DIN–Stecker kann am KCP zusätzlich

eine MF II Tastatur angeschlossen werden.

Der Ethernet–Anschluß dient als Archivierungsschnittstelle zu einem PC.

Die Windowsoberfläche führt den Anwender

durch alle Arbeitsschritte und ermöglicht eine

schnelle und effiziente Programmierung:

– Inbetriebnahme der Robotersteuerung

– Programmerstellung

– Programmtest und –korrektur

– Programmsteuerung (Start, Stop)

The PC for KRC2 is the control PC of the robot controller.

With its fitted components, the PC performs all the functions of the robot controller.
