The YHC5150X is a premier intrinsically safe handheld communicator
designed for configuration and commissioning of HART-compliant field
instruments. As part of the Yokogawa FieldMate series ecosystem, it
provides advanced Device Description (DD) management and in-field
diagnostics without requiring a laptop in hazardous areas.
Powered by a 1 GHz microprocessor architecture, the YHC5150X delivers
fast navigation, responsive parameter editing, and efficient troubles
hooting. Its rugged industrial design ensures reliable operation in harsh
plant environments, making it ideal for process engineers and maintenance
technicians working in continuous operation facilities.
The device features a 4.3-inch high-contrast transflective display for
excellent readability under direct sunlight. A full 52-key QWERTY membrane
keypad combined with an integrated touchscreen allows flexible operation,
even when wearing protective gloves. Its optimized power management
system supports extended field use throughout long maintenance shifts.
AQ6370C’s overall high performance can cover not only
manufacturing of optical devices and optical transmission systems
but also research and development, and a variety of other applications.
