IC3603A280A is a heat sink assembly module developed by GE.

A heat sink is a passive heat exchanger that transmits heat from an electrical or mechanical

device to a fluid medium, typically air or a liquid coolant, where it is dissipated away from the device,

allowing the device's temperature to be regulated at optimal levels.

Because the circuit boards in the system may suffer if they grow too hot,

the heat sink is a vital piece of equipment. A heat sink, on the other hand, prevents this.

There are twenty-four flat head screw points on the module.

Three resistors run across the top of the module.

The two gold-colored hooks are used to secure the IC3603A280A in place.
