It is a part of Mark IV control system. The GE Generator Regulator Board designed to facilitate the regulation and control of generator systems. Equipped with a set of unique features and safety mechanisms, this board ensures the reliable and efficient operation of generators, and it offers a means for operators to monitor and troubleshoot potential issues. Features Equipped with a 20-pin connector, which serves as a communication link between the board and other interconnected devices within the control system. Multiple jumpers are provided on the board, enabling the creation or modification of electrical connections.

These jumpers offer flexibility and customization of the control setup to meet specific operational requirements. Five indicator LEDs are incorporated to visually signal activity within different circuits on the board. These LEDs serve as a quick and efficient means for operators to monitor the condition of the board. The presence of a toggle switch allows for the reset of the board if an issue is suspected. This switch initiates a restart of the processing, which can help resolve problems stemming from signal interference or other issues. In cases where signals have been interfered with by high-voltage electricity, the restart process allows the signals to reset, often resolving issues. Safety Concerns: It's crucial to highlight the potential hazards involved in using the reset switch. Operators or servicers may be exposed to high-voltage current when reaching into the board, which can lead to electric shock or burn.
