The S700 is a digital servo drive with extended functionality that is ideal fo

complex drive tasks. It incorporates onboard Ethernet connectivity for use

 with EtherCAT® and SynqNet™, and the optional MMC memory card enables

parameter records and firmware to be easily backed up in the field.

A Safe Torque Off function is standard. Single Cable feedback with both SFD3

and Hiperface DSL is also supported.

DDL motors drive linear loads directly, eliminating the need for couplings,

belts, ball/lead screws, rack & pinion gears or other backlash-prone,

maintenance-intensive transmission components. Using direct drive linear

motors, your machine can be simpler to design, faster and more precise

in operation, quieter and more reliable — without the need for complicated

parts that require constant lubrication and eventually wear out.

Kollmorgen DDL motors offer the broadest selection of input power and force

density to meet your specific application requirements. The IC Ironcore DDL

series handles medium and high-voltage applications requiring peak force up

to 13.448 N. The ICD Ironcore Low Profile DDL is ideal for use in compact

applications. And the IL Ironless DDL offers zero cogging and exceptionally

light mass.

The IC Ironcore DDL is our most powerful, versatile model, ideal for moving

heavy loads quickly or for accommodating global applications at 230/400/480

bus voltages without the need for transformers. The ICD Ironcore Low Profile

DDL offers outstanding force density, allowing you to design the most compact,

lightweight applications. And the IL Ironless DDL offers zero-cogging performance

for applications that require very low bearing friction, high acceleration of lighter

loads and smooth operation even at ultra-low speeds.
