When the red indicator LED is illuminated, it indicates that the board is currently writing to the EEPROM modules, temporarily suspending normal operations until the process is complete. Once the write operation is finished, normal operation resumes, and the LED turns off. The toggle switch is used to initiate and stop the write process to the EEPROM modules.
