Product Description P/N: IS200EDISG1AAA DESCRIPTION / SPECIFICATIONS Description The Mark VI Power Distributor IS200EDISG1AAA was produced by General Electric and is considered obsolete due to it no longer being actively produced. This board has five switches, when reclosing those switches please wait thirty seconds before closing them. Technical Specifications Brand General Electric Functional Acronym/Abbreviation EDIS Part Number IS200EDISG1AAA Model Type Power Distribution Module Number of Bridge Switches 5 Power Supply 125 VDC Series Mark VI IS200 Storage Temperature -40 to +70 掳C Information About IS200EDISG1AAA The IS200EDISG1AAA board was manufactured as a Power Distributor board which indicates that it will supply power to other boards made by General Electric. This board can be used with the EX2100 System plus other DCS systems using Ethernet Modbus forward protocols. When the module is distributing and receiving power supplies it will accept both a DC (direct current) and AC (alternating current) power supply. Accepting these power supplies allows the board to control system hardware. The resulting power that occurred will feed other I/O boards, controllers, and bridge rectifier boards.
The major components of this board are the switches, there are eleven switches. There are five bridge switches which are located along the right edge of the board respectively labeled Bridge 1 through Bridge 5. The five located on the bottom edge of the board are labeled PSM1, PSM2, PSC, PSAX1, and PSAX2. The remaining switch does not have a label. All along the board, there are female plug connectors, the total number of these connectors is fifty-two. Of the fifty-two connectors five are located directly underneath the PSM1, PSM2, PSC, PSAX1, and PSAX2 switches, these specific connectors are nine-pin connectors. One key feature of the IS200EDISG1AAA is its ability to be used in a number of different redundancy applications, the typical redundancy application for a module used in the Mark VI series is triple redundant as the main architecture of the Mark VI System is triple modular redundant. This module can be used in a combination of simplex, dual and triple redundancy modes.
