Frequency inverters for complex applications
The 9300 vector range of frequency inverters is also perfectly equipped
to handle complex applications, such as deployments in dosing, filling
and feedforward systems, as well as winding drives. The use of freely
interconnectable function blocks means that additional control and
regulation functions can also be performed – similarly to a PLC –
alongside the actual drive task. This lightens the load on higher-level
control systems, which in some cases can even be omitted altogether.
A convenient user interface simplifies handling. Predefined basic
configurations speed up the commissioning process. A comprehensive
standard equipment level and a portfolio of matched accessories,
such as communication modules, round off the program in the power
range from 0.37 to 90 kW.

The intelligent drive for modular machines
The intelligent drives in the 9300 range are ideally suited to independently
control sub-processes within a machine. Starting from precustomised
standard applications, individual extensions are easy to implement with
the help of freely connectible function blocks – which reduces the load on
the control system and facilitates modular machine design.
The 9300 series servo inverters can be used universally in the power range
from 0.37 to 75 kW.
To comply with the most diverse of requirements in terms of the servo
technology, the following four versions are available:
• 9300 servo inverter
• 9300 servo position controller
• 9300 servo cam
• 9300 servo register controller
Using a uniform user interface reduces training requirements. Staff only
need to learn one system, which can then be used for all applications.
The pluggable AIF communication modules also allow easy integration
into common fieldbus systems. The devices are optionally available with
the integrated "safe torque off" function.
The MC series frequency inverters are built in rugged steel enclosures that
hold up to daily life on the factory floor.
Frequency Inverter enclosed V/f control (Constant Torque).
Output power: ¼ hp to 150 hp (0.18 to 110 kW).
This constant horsepower drive can be set up for simple applications requiring
ramped start, ramped stop and speed control to demanding applications that
require PID set-point control and many other functions.
