B&R has added a full-scale PC for mobile machinery to its portfolio. 

The powerful PC for mobile machinery is equipped with an Intel

Core i processor and offers IP69K protection for deployment in harsh

environments. Its high performance makes it optimally suited for smart

machines that communicate with each other, process data and send it 

to the cloud.

With ISOBUS – the internationally standardized communication protocol

– data from different implements can be collected in one place.

This provides valuable insights into operational processes and helps the

farmer to make data-based decisions in order to work more productively

and efficiently.

X90 mobile products have IP69K protection on all sides. The robust die-cast

aluminum housing, which is also used as a heat sink for power outputs, allows

for surface temperatures ranging from -40 to 85°C.

The X90 mobile "Safety" variant is also equipped with a safe control system – 

also known as a SafeLOGIC controller. The multifunction I/Os can be used in

parallel by the X90 SafeLOGIC controller and meet require ments up to SIL 2.

The bus controller module is a configurable CANopen slave module for sensor

and actuator management.

Multiple inputs and outputs are available for a wide range of tasks. For decentralized

networking, Ether net-based POWERLINK or the common CAN bus interface can be

flexibly combined.
