The IC755CSS12CDB is a 12.36-inch industrial interface machine from the QuickPanel family. 

This panel runs on Windows Embedded Compact 7, which is a full 32-bit operating system with a graphical user interface (GUI). 

Its operating system is kept in flash memory and then copied to a DRAM block for use.
