Introdução

O Posicionador Digital de Válvula (DVP) pertence à família de posicionadores digitais eletrônicos e

acionadores de atuador específicos usados para controlar sistemas de atuação em turbinas a gás e

vapor. O DVP foi projetado para controlar válvulas e atuadores com motores CC (BLDC) sem escova.

O acionador controla a posição do atuador/válvula com base no resolver e retorno do LVDT localizado na

válvula e/ou no atuador. O DVP suporta ambos resolver e dispositivos de retorno do LVDT. O DVP 5000

e 10000 usam o mais recente da arquitetura de controle Woodward e um controlador robusto para

fornecer controle de válvula preciso e de alta velocidade. O DVP 5000 fornece uma saída nominal de

5 kW, enquanto o DVP 10000 é capaz de produzir uma saída nominal de 10 kW.

O DVP foi projetado para instalações plug-and-play em diversos tipos de válvula e atuador Woodward. A

Woodward integrou um dispositivo de tecnologia inteligente chamado módulo de ID (identificação) em
