Introdução

O Posicionador Digital de Válvula (DVP) pertence à família de posicionadores digitais eletrônicos e

acionadores de atuador específicos usados para controlar sistemas de atuação em turbinas a gás e

vapor. O DVP foi projetado para controlar válvulas e atuadores com motores CC (BLDC) sem escova.

O acionador controla a posição do atuador/válvula com base no resolver e retorno do LVDT localizado na

válvula e/ou no atuador. O DVP suporta ambos resolver e dispositivos de retorno do LVDT. O DVP 5000

e 10000 usam o mais recente da arquitetura de controle Woodward e um controlador robusto para

fornecer controle de válvula preciso e de alta velocidade. O DVP 5000 fornece uma saída nominal de

5 kW, enquanto o DVP 10000 é capaz de produzir uma saída nominal de 10 kW.

Os produtos DVP5000/DVP10000 são uma extensão da família DVP existente. Estas unidades são

montadas no painel traseiro e utilizam o arrefecimento do ar forçado para fornecer uma saída de alta

potência com um ambiente operacional prolongado de -40 °C a 70 °C. A saída máxima é de 25 A CC ou

17.7 A rms e o acionador aceita uma tensão de entrada de 90 V a 300 Vcc. Para aplicações de

segurança funcionais, o DVP5000/DVP10000 possui uma entrada discreta EXTERNAL SHUTDOWN que

pode ser usada como um comando de desligamento remoto independente da CPU. Esta funcionalidade

está opcionalmente disponível e certificado para SIL3 conforme a norma IEC61508. As versões com

certificação SIL são identificadas pelas etiquetas DVP5000-S e DVP10000-S no painel frontal. Todas as

outras funções de E/S e controle são idênticas à família DVP existente.
