Among them, the multi-channel intelligent machine tool solution looks forward to the future of intelligent manufacturing, using the new OPEN CNC controller NC50E, which has upgraded control response, forward-looking preview and computing performance, and is connected to the AC servo drive system ASDA-A3 / ASDA-B3 series through the EtherCAT communication bus to realise the simultaneous control of four stations, namely, lathe, drilling/tapping, milling and robotic arm, so that ‘one machine multi-tasking’ is possible. The ‘one-machine-multi-task’ autonomous integration capability meets the advanced applications and demands of the trend of intelligent manufacturing. On the other hand, Delta will also lead guests to see how software can help hardware enhance value, integrating machine tool industry-specific 3D CAD/CAM software in the NC5 series to simplify complicated operations, accelerate user introduction and reduce personnel training resources; meanwhile, for industrial robot integration solutions, DRASimuCAD, a robot simulation and integration platform, can be paired with a simulation and evaluation beforehand to automatically generate machining paths, shortening programming time and increasing the number of machining paths. The NC can be used to shorten programming time and improve efficiency by using DRASimuCAD, a robot simulation and integration platform. For remote connection, the NC5 series also supports VNC and FTP protocols, allowing mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablet PCs to remotely control or transfer files to manage machining operations anytime, anywhere.

In the ‘Intelligent Machines’ section, Delta is showcasing dynamic machines that have been developed in collaboration with machinery manufacturers, including Danamec's 5-axis machining centre, which is equipped with the new OPEN CNC controller NC50E and the new vertical multi-jointed robot DRVA4LC with a maximum load of up to 12 kg, which is equipped with RTCP function for tool tip control, which is essential for 5-axis machining. The new vertical multi-jointed robot DRVA4LC is equipped with the RTCP function, which is essential for 5-axis machining, helping to complete complex machining quickly and accurately. Meanwhile, Shengjie's mill-turn and Zongcheng's surface grinding machines are also on display, each using Delta's new CNC touch panel display NC-MOT series, which supports graphical dialogue programming, making it easy to operate the machine and manage machining methods without editing G-code programs. In addition, Delta also brought another important processing machine, the servo press, to the booth, leading guests to focus on the servo press solution, which is developed and manufactured by Delta, with key components. The servo press solution accurately controls the pressure required for different processes through a variety of control modes, monitors and judges the pressing results in real time, and saves the relevant data for traceability, which helps The data can also be saved and traced, helping the industry to continuously optimise production quality.

At this year's show, Delta will not only focus on the three major themes of ‘Intelligent Processing Solutions x Equipment Networking’, ‘CNC Industry Applications x Related Applications’ and ‘Intelligent Machines’, but will also hold three guided tours at its booth every day. In addition, three tours and two forums will be held at the booth to share the hot topics including Delta's new generation CNC controller NC5 series, 3D CAD/CAM software for the machine tool industry, introduction of Virtual Grinding application, smart factory equipment management, cloud services to accelerate digital management of factories, and Green Intelligent Monitoring & Control Solution & Energy Management System Solution.
