The EL2014 digital output terminal connects the binary 24 V DC control

signals from the automation device on to the actuators at the process

level with electrical isolation. The EtherCAT Terminal contains four

channels that indicate its signal state by means of light emitting diodes.

The integrated diagnostics can be evaluated in the controller and is

indicated by the LEDs. Maintenance of the application is simplified by

the diagnostics. The power contacts are connected through.

The reference potential of the outputs is the 0 V DC power contact.

The outputs are supplied via the 24 V DC power contact.

Special features:

• Connection of different load types possible (ohmic, inductive, lamp load)

• Max. output current 0.5 A per channel

• Overload and short-circuit proof outputs and reverse polarity protection

• Integrated diagnostics option, including

• Short-circuit detection per channel

• Line break detection per channel

• Overcurrent per channel

• Overtemperature

• Voltage loss and undervoltage

• Parameterizable output behavior in case of bus error (safe state)
