Perfect for basic applications! The newly developed iTEMP TMT31 temperature transmitter outputs a 4...20 mA analog signal. . 20 mA analog signal, excellent long-term stability and high measuring accuracy, easy to install and economical for reliable temperature measurement in process automation.

In the process industry, temperature transmitters are an important enabler to drive high-precision temperature measurement to higher levels of automation.

In order to minimize commissioning, device configuration and maintenance, the temperature transmitters can be ordered preconfigured directly or can be easily configured at the user's site with the aid of a laptop or tablet PC with Endress+Hauser's free commissioning software (e.g. FieldCare or DeviceCare). USB configuration kits such as TXU10 or Commubox FXA291 can also be ordered as accessories from Endress+Hauser.

In addition, we have optimized our screw-type terminals for those who are used to using screw-type terminals, making the wiring process easier and more convenient. The terminal contacts are completely corrosion-resistant, ensuring high reliability of the measured values transmitted by both wiring methods.

High process reliability

The iTEMP TMT31 temperature transmitter can be connected to Pt100 (IEC/GOST/JIS certified) and Pt1000 (IEC certified) RTDs for safe measurements in Zone 2 / Div. 2 (non-sparking) explosion-proof zones. The Callendar-Van Dusen equation (CvD) is selected for transmitter-sensor matching, which regulates the sensor characteristics of the connected RTDs and further improves the accuracy of the overall temperature measurement system.
