For high-end IoT applications: iVativ NILE is an ultra-low power standalone module based on the Nordic nRF52840 that supports Bluetooth 5.0 as well as Thread/ZigBee/ANT/ANT+ and offers integrated NFC-A tags. With its small size (10mmx15mmx1.5mm) and integrated PCB antenna or MHF4 connector, the module simplifies product design work.With its advanced development environment, the NILE module is suitable for a variety of IoT industry applications, such as home automation, wearables, industrial IoT, and smart healthcare. Thanks to the integrated networking and wireless stack, as well as the application APIs supported by the ARM Trust Zone Cryptocell-310 and all advanced security features, the iVativNILE module reduces time-to-market and development costs. The integrated high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 with 1MB Flash and 256KB RAM also reduces system cost and provides additional design flexibility.

For cost-effective implementation of high-performance devices with distances in excess of 1000m, low power consumption, and reliable radio operation, this optimally tuned RF module includes the entire analogue front-end and crystal in addition to the antenna. iVativ NILE modules operate without restriction over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

● Bluetooth functionality:

o Full-featured Bluetooth 5.0 (low-power Bluetooth)

o Powerful open CPU: 32-bit, 64MHz ARM Cortex-M4 CPU with Floating Point Unit (FPU)
