Pfaff Vacuum Introduces New OmniControl® Universal Controller

Recently, Pfaff Vacuum has launched the OmniControl, a universal controller for Pfaff Vacuum's wide range of vacuum components.

The OmniControl Universal Controller is a universal controller for a wide range of Pfaff Vacuum components, which makes it easy and intuitive to achieve full personalised control of a vacuum system without having to purchase additional equipment.

The OmniControl combines total pressure control and pump control for easy data exchange and processing between Pfaff Vacuum products.

It is not only suitable for products that support Pfaff Vacuum's RS-485 protocol, including the HiPace, HiScroll, HiLobe, MVP and DigiLine pumps, but also has an optional connection to Pfaff Vacuum's RS-485 protocol.

Optionally, it can also be connected to Pfaff Vacuum's ActiveLine analogue output vacuum gauges.

Depending on the requirements, individual configurations are possible. For example, the basic version of the OmniControl is available with or without an internal power supply.

The unpowered unit is available as a tabletop unit (with an optional desktop stand) or as a mobile unit for manual operation.

As a result, the controller can be used both locally and flexibly at other locations.

In addition, the controller has an intuitive 3.5-inch touchscreen display.

The intuitive user interface of the controller with its 3.5-inch touchscreen display not only shows both total pressure and pump parameters, including speed, current consumption, etc., but also allows the addition of device on/off buttons, making it easy for the user to control the vacuum system.

The controller with input and output interfaces allows full system control without the need for a separate measuring tube controller.

Various inputs and outputs can be used to connect external components, for example, valves can be switched on and off depending on the pressure.

In addition to this, the data option on the interface allows the measured values to be saved in CSV file format on a USB stick or MicroSD card, allowing the data to be analysed and saved.

Not only can the data be analysed and archived, but you can also freely define which data objects are to be saved, such as total pressure, speed, error codes, etc.

Overall, the OmniControl is a universal controller that can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of Pfaff Vacuum equipment and components.

The individual configuration and the definable control interface meet the specific needs of the user and provide a better user experience.
