Komar relaunches RACER-5 SE: cleanroom-grade, water- and dirt-resistant high-speed industrial robot

It fully meets the requirements for IP67 protection, high ISO 5 cleanroom class certification (ISO 14644-1), chemical agent protection and reduced risk of contamination.

It also features NSF H1 food grade lubrication. This specialized robot also has the added benefit of reducing operator risk when handling potentially hazardous chemicals and substances.

The shape and details of the robot are finely programmed and carefully thought out, with a load of 5 kg, a maximum working radius of 809 mm and a maximum working distance of 1.5 mm.

The Racer-5 SE can be mounted on table tops, sloped surfaces, walls or ceilings, making it easy to use in demanding work environments, such as pharmaceuticals in aseptic filling rooms.
