ECO's newest ultra-compact, ultra-thin photoelectric sensor OS4. With a size of only 20 x 12 x 4.1mm and a universal mounting hole pitch of 11mm, it is suitable for mounting in small spaces, providing compact mounting photoelectric sensor solutions for 3C, electronics, semiconductors, Li-ion batteries, robotic arms, and small equipment.

Product Features:

1.OS4 thin-film photoelectric sensor series, covering 2 types of products, the front of the detection surface and the side of the detection surface of the two light direction, to meet the needs of different compact space installation.

2. Compact body, incorporating more advanced photomechanical technology, with excellent black and white attenuation characteristics, the detection distance is almost the same for dark and light-colored objects. At the same time, it is also suitable for detecting tiny and fine objects, such as the smallest detectable φ 0.2mm copper wire.

3. This series of products can provide two kinds of detection modes, the incident type and the BGS background suppression type. The detection distance is 1m for the backlighting type, and 15mm and 30mm for the background suppression type.

Typical application scenarios:

The OS4 thin-film photoelectric sensors can be easily installed in places where installation space is limited. The point light source design emits light at a small angle to prevent interference, and with various linear light points, thin workpieces such as circuit boards or shiny workpieces such as metal tubes, as well as PCB boards with a relatively thin thickness, can be detected.

In the application of detecting missing material in a material box, the OS4 thin-film photoelectric sensor can be mounted on the top of the material box to detect each work station. The product's focused spot allows it to determine and detect every tiny detail, so that no inspection is missed.

The OS4 thin-film photoelectric sensor's small size and ultra-thin profile allow it to be mounted on compact equipment and provide stable detection. Its powerful BGS function can accurately detect different shades of objects on circuit boards, such as chips, resistors, capacitors, etc., without causing false triggering.
