Adding to the IO-Link Family of Products
Turck product line expansion: 8-port IO-Link master with M12 power supply interface, IO-Link breakout box with auxiliary power supply and compact 4-port IO-Link master with IP20 protection.
Rugged and compact
Turck's IO-Link product family has been expanded with the addition of the M12-powered 8-port IO-Link master, the IO-Link breakout box with auxiliary power supply and the compact IP20-rated 4-port IO-Link master.

The TBEN-L-8IOL is now available with an L-code power supply.
A maximum of 16A can be supplied via the M12 connector, which enables high-power devices such as grippers to be supplied with a maximum of 4A per port.
With an IP69K protection rating and -40-70°C operating temperature, these products can be mounted directly on the device body.
Easy Integration
The IP20 4-port IO-Link master module FEN20-4IOL is designed for compact space applications.
Like the TBEN modules, these IO-Link master modules support the SIDI function for PROFINET systems.
The use of this function enables fast integration of IO-Link devices in the system software.
In addition, the IO-Link master modules support the ARGEE logic controller function for small-scale distributed control applications.
With the Multi-Protocol Ethernet function, relevant data can be transferred via MODBUS TCP creating a data transfer channel in parallel with the PLC communication.
Low-cost fail-safe applications
The IO-Link Breakout Box TBIL-L-16DXP-AUX adds an auxiliary power supply port for high-current power requirements.
This makes it possible to safely shut down the output loads in case of emergency while keeping the input signals active.
The IO-Link Box provides 16 general-purpose input/output connectors, and the auxiliary power supply is available in 7/8 or M12 versions.
