Samsung and Zeiss join hands to deepen EUV cooperation

Korean media reported that Samsung Electronics executive chairman Lee Jae-yong (Jay Y. Lee) recently met with Zeiss president and CEO Karl Lamprecht (Karl Lamprecht) and other company executives in Germany.

At the meeting, the two sides agreed to expand cooperation in EUV technology and cutting-edge semiconductor equipment development.

ASML's second High NA EUV lithography machine has been delivered?

Recently, Intel said it completed the installation of the ASML High NA EUV lithography machine and has entered the optical system calibration phase.

Media reports, in addition to Intel, TSMC, Samsung, Micron and other manufacturers have also ordered High NA EUV lithography from ASML.

ASML financial report revealed that the company's new orders in the first quarter of this year amounted to 3.6 billion euros, of which 656 million euros for EUV lithography orders.

ASML recently delivered a second High NA EUV lithography machine to the public, but did not disclose the buyer's information.
