a leading provider of embedded and edge computing technologies, announced the launch of four high-end COM-HPC computer modules based on the 14th generation Intel
Core processors (codenamed Raptor Lake-S Refresh), four high-end COM-HPC computer modules.
These modules are an extension of the existing conga-HPC/cRLS computer modules and set new records in the field of industrial workstations and edge computing.
Thanks to improvements in Intel's production quality, CPU frequencies have been increased, resulting in improved performance across the entire range.
With four additional E-cores over the Intel Core i7-13700E, modules based on the Intel Core i7-14700 processor
The total number of cores is now 20. further increasing performance. Another new feature is the enhanced USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 bandwidth with transfer speeds of up to 20 gigabits per second.
Jürgen Jungbauer, Senior Product Line Manager at Conqueror, explains: "The new conga-HPC/cRLS computer module is the first of the COM-HPC client computer modules.
The new conga-HPC/cRLS computer module has one of the highest performance levels in COM-HPC Client Size C and the chipset is compatible with existing modules based on Raptor Lake-S. This means that existing designs can be switched over seamlessly.

The COM-HPC Size C form factor (120x160 mm) is geared towards applications requiring multi-core and multi-threaded performance, large cache,
large memory capacity, as well as high bandwidth and advanced I/O technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based and Machine Learning (ML)-based applications with high performance requirements.
In addition, for embedded and edge computing applications that require workload consolidation, Conqueror has pre-adapted the module firmware to real-time virtualisation technology (Hypervisor).
Target markets for the new modules include industrial automation and medical technology as well as edge and network infrastructure applications.
Thanks to the improved compute cores of this performance hybrid architecture, up to 8 P-cores and 16 E-cores are now available.
The new COM-HPC Size C form factor conga-HPC/cRLS computer modules are available in the following configurations.
All Intel Core 14xxx series are new additions.
Application engineers can deploy the new COM-HPC Computer Module on Conquest's Micro-ATX Application Carrier Board (conga HPC/uATX).
Designed specifically for COM-HPC Client modules, this board immediately combines the benefits and enhancements of the new modules with the ultra-fast PCIe Gen5 connectivity.
