At the end of 2024. Pirmina will introduce a second generation of multi-functional safety encoders with the IO link safety bus communication method.

In the past, safety encoders in the industry were only able to connect safety signals to the control system by means of hard-wired cables;

Through the hard wiring method, not only because of the wiring error to form the use of the impact, and because of the limitations of the number of hard wiring cores, can't be safety grating function status, data parameters and so on complete send to the control system.

Therefore, the new generation of multi-function safety encoder PSENopt II Advanced IOLS will be launched to compensate for these shortcomings.

Provide users with faster product use, more accurate parameter information, more powerful use of the function.

From the point of view of the use of fast, the new multi-function safety encoder has two wiring methods, the first is to retain the hard-wired method, the first is to retain the hard-wired method, the first is to retain the hard-wired method.

This saves installation time and avoids wiring errors, while ensuring data accuracy and versatility.

From the point of view of data accuracy, the new multi-function safety encoder through the IO link safety protocol, can be its own product status, safety output signal quality, the use of functionality.

Safety output signal quality, the use of functional information, etc. safe, accurate and fast transmission to the control system.

Through the IO link safety device setup software can not only read the safety encoder related information, real-time monitoring, such as each beam condition information, safety encoder fault code, safety encoder operation status and other parameters;

Also can set the safety encoder use function, such as activate shielding function, activate the function of fading, activate part of the shielding / fading function, start reset function and so on.

Safety sensors with IO link safety function can provide accurate data information.

From the product function point of view, the new multi-function safety grating can realize the shielding and concealment function through the product itself.

Protective height scale: 300-1800 mm; anti-impact function up to 50G and other characteristics.
