The PNOZmulti Configurator serves as the original safety circuit configuration tool for the compact controller PNOZmulti and supports the project design, configuration, documentation generation and commissioning of compact controllers.

In the graphic-based Windows-compatible user interface, all components can be used to create safety circuits in the form of icons or selection menus.

Online help information, including documentation, is available when configuring a safety circuit. Once completed, the software tool will check the circuit for any sources of error.

To prevent accidental modifications, the safety circuit can be authenticated for completed configurations. The user can edit, modify or extend the unauthenticated configuration of a safety circuit at any time.

Simply call them up in the PNOZmulti Configurator, which also allows the configuration to be printed and used as a file.

PNOZmulti Configurator version 11.0 is now available without licence fees!

Version 11.0 of the software tool PNOZmulti Configurator is now available for the securely configurable compact controller PNOZmulti 2.

Free to download, install, open and work intuitively! The software tool offers the user advanced security.

Starting with version 11.0. there has been a significant change in licensing: The ‘basic’ functional version of the software tool PNOZmulti Configurator is now available free of charge.

The software can be downloaded free of charge and used for automation projects. The ‘Advanced’ version of the software component is still subject to a licence fee.

Innovations in version 11.0:

● No licence fees for the ‘Basic’ version

New, higher-performance software architecture

● Support for Windows 64-bit systems

Streamlined product range: all second-generation base units such as PNOZ m B0. PNOZ m B1. PNOZ m B1 Burner and the new base unit PNOZ m B0.1

● All PNOZmulti 2 extension modules, including the new relay output module PNOZ m EF 2DOR

● For functionally safe operating mode monitoring, the new ‘MSO flex LED’ element can be used to configure the LED outputs.The LED indicators can be individually adjusted, enabling a high degree of flexibility in use.

Suitable for all users

A user programme has been created using the software tool PNOZmulti Configurator, which allows the user to safely monitor and control the machine using the small controller PNOZmulti.

Everything can be done with one software tool, from the selection of hardware and configuration of safety functions to documentation generation and commissioning.

The user-friendly diagnostic solution PVIS based on OPC and OPC UA in combination with the web-based visualisation software PASvisu ensures short downtimes.

The wide range of functions and commands in this software makes even large projects easy to implement.

Each new version of the software tool PNOZmulti Configurator is checked by TüV. Its safety of use is confirmed in a technical report.
