Dedicated Solution for Monitoring Gases 

This instrument can easily be integrated into a continuous emission monitoring solution.

Based on Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) technology, the MBGAS-3000 Analyzer provides exceptional stability, sensitivity, and photometric accuracy.

• Based on hot/wet sample extraction. No sample treatment other than dust filtering required. 

Maintain sample integrity with no need for sample dilution.

[NOTE: Can be interfaced with existing dry sample systems.]

• High-end analytical performance that complies with emission monitoring regulations. 

Pre-defined analysis for combustion monitoring processes with focus on waste incineration, process, and power emissions.

The MBGAS-3000 is a gas analyzer based on Fourier Transform infrared (FTIR) technology with excellent stability, sensitivity and photometric accuracy. 

The instrument is suitable for multi-component content analysis, can simultaneously measure the concentration of up to 25 gases, and has a high resolution, which can effectively reduce and eliminate interference between gases. In addition, it has a hot/wet operation capability to maintain the authenticity of the sample gas and is able to measure water-soluble gases such as HCl, HF and NH3.

The MBGAS-3000 offers a wide range of analytical capabilities, including simultaneous analysis of up to 25 components; High resolution; High stability and accuracy; Hot/wet operation; Maintain the authenticity of the sample gas; Measurement of gases readily soluble in water; Integration of calculation and data collection. In addition, the instrument also has the characteristics of modular design, convenient field maintenance, small debugging and maintenance workload, reliable software design, pre-set multi-component analysis program and so on.

The instrument is widely used for predefined analysis of combustion monitoring processes, focusing on areas such as waste incineration, process and power emissions. It meets the high-end analytical performance requirements of emissions monitoring regulations and is capable of meeting the performance requirements specified in EN15267-3:2008-3. In emissions monitoring, the instrument is integrated into a continuous emissions monitoring solution with excellent stability and accuracy.
