Kollmorgen S200 Servo Drives are the first fully digital industrial drives with a velocity loop bandwidth of 800 Hz.

These compact drives feature high-resolution feedback and high-performance current loop bandwidth for smooth motion and fast response.

This simplifies tuning and increases unrivalled system throughput.

Intelligent feedback with an electronic motor nameplate enables plug-and-play commissioning in most applications.

Using S200 drives with Danaher's AKM servo motors provides a complete servo control solution.

excel in applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, electronics assembly, packaging, medical and woodworking equipment.

Danaher Motion's S200 servo drive is the first all-digital industrial drive with a velocity loop bandwidth of up to 800 Hz, providing unrivalled system throughput and simplified tuning.

High-resolution (24-bit) feedback and high-performance 3-5 kHz current loop bandwidth provide smooth motion and fast start and stop actions to optimise machine performance.

Intelligent feedback and industry-leading high bandwidth eliminate the need for servo loop tuning in most applications, enabling fast, accurate ‘plug-and-play’ commissioning.

The base S200 servo drive comes standard with torque or speed control and a factory option to support SynqNet networks.

Factory option to support SynqNet motion networks or add preset indexing via CANopen communications.

The factory option card also adds interfaces to other motor feedback devices such as Comcoder, 1 Vp-p Sin-Cos, EnDat 2.1. and EnDat 2.2 running in 2.1 compatibility mode.

The option card EnDat interface supports single and multi-turn absolute rotary encoders or incremental and absolute linear encoders.

The drives operate from AC (120/240 VAC) or DC (20-90 VDC) power supplies and are rated from 1.5 ARMS continuous to 48 ARMS peak current.

They have a small footprint, ranging from 1.1 inches (28.7 mm) wide by 6.0 inches (152.4 mm) high to 3.8 inches (94.6 mm) high,

(213 mm) high and from 3.9 inches (100.8 mm) to 7.57 inches (192.4 mm) deep to fit into tight spaces.

They are UL 508C listed, CE marked, and comply with EN50178 and EN61800-3 standards.

The original S200 series contained lead in the solder.

Devices manufactured after November 2007 are fully compliant with the EU RoHS environmental directive.
