Descripción del producto

Los transformadores son un componente clave y costoso en la red eléctrica y tener conocimiento

sobre su condición de salud es algo esencial para tener una red confiable. Cuando el aislamiento de

un transformador es sometido a gran estrés, se producen gases que se disuelven en el aceite. El

Análisis de Gases Disueltos en aceite (AGD) es reconocido como el mejor indicador de una falla en

desarrollo.

El Hydran M2 es un equipo en línea que monitorea gases disueltos y humedad en el aceite que alerta

al personal sobre un desarrollo de falla en el transformador. Provee información clave sobre el

monitoreo y minimiza el riesgo de salidas de servicio no planificadas.

Conectando sensores adicionales (Ej: temperatura superior e inferior del tanque aceite, carga del

transformador o temperatura ambiente), se puede capturar información adicional para luego

correlacionarla con los valores del AGD y la humedad, obteniendo un análisis más profundo de la

condición del transformador.

Estos valiosos datos no pueden ser únicamente transmitidos usando la amplia gama de

comunicaciones disponibles para el M2. sino que pueden ser convertidos en información útil mediante

el cálculo de Modelos Matemáticos basado en el estándar  IEEE®  con la finalidad de proveer mayor

información sobre la condición del equipo.

Con la última versión Mark III, el monitor Hydran M2i ha sido completamente repotenciado con nuevas

tarjetas electrónicas y fuente de poder para hacerlo cumplir con RoHS, futuras mejoras se han hecho

ante la obsolescencia de algunos componentes o por experiencia adquirida por el uso en el tiempo.

Ahora ofrece nuevas características como:

• Sensor mejorado

• Fuente de poder para cualquier parte del mundo

• Capacidad para manejar hasta 4 tarjetas opcionales de entrada/salida

• Opción de comunicación interna de fibra óptica multimodo

• Compatibilidad con el aclamado software GE PerceptionTM, para poder descargar tendencias y

analizar datos, como lo hace con cualquier otro equipo de monitoreo AGD de GE
