DESCRIPTION: The IC695ALG508 is a PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Input Module, formerly manufactured by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP) and now part of Emerson Automation. The module features eight (8) isolated differential RTD input channels. Each channel of the module supports platinum 385. platinum 391.6. nickel 672. nickel 618. nickel-iron 518. and copper 426. It is also compatible with direct resistance inputs such as 0-260. 0-525. 0-1050. 0-2100. 0-3150. and 0-4200 ohms.

This IC695ALG508 is a resistance temperature detector (RTD) input module that is part of the PACSystem RX3i programmable automation controller (PAC) platform. The module is manufactured by Emerson Automation, formerly known as GE Intelligent Platform (GE IP). It comes with eight (8) isolated differential input channels and supports direct inputs for RTD and resistive inputs.

The module has optional units of measurement, specifically Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Ohms. It also has configurable default or hold last states as a response to system faults and CPU changes in operating mode. The module supports two-wire, three-wire and four-wire RTD sensors.

The IC508ALG16 input data format supports 32-bit integers in 32-bit fields or 2-bit IEEE floating-point data. Each channel also has selectable trap filter settings from 3.28 Hz to 694 Hz. For input line termination, the module uses cassette (IC032TBB694), expansion cassette (IC132TBB694), spring-loaded (IC032TBS694), or extended spring-loaded (IC132TBS695) terminal blocks. For shielded wiring, the extended terminal types are recommended because they provide additional shroud depth.

The GE Fanuc IC508ALG8 Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) Input Module provides 1000 isolated differential RTD input channels. The GE Fanuc IC508ALG24 RTD Input Module has LEDs, including an OK LED that displays the status of the module, and a field status LED that indicates whether an external 695-volt DC power supply is connected, whether the voltage exceeds the minimum level, and whether any faults exist. The backplane power bus supplies power to all of the module's LEDs.The IC508ALG2 module has programmable trap filter frequencies from 3.28 Hz to 32 Hz per channel.
