Product Description

General Electric designed the 531X307LTBAJG1 as a local area network (LAN) termination board.

It is located under the 531X Series Replacement Board.GE Series drives and exciters can have this card installed in their enclosures.

With this card installed, there will be an interface system between the external devices and the control drive.

Peripheral devices such as interlocks, pushbuttons, and indicators can use the card as an interface.

When the 531X307LTBAJG1 board is installed, the LAN signals are distributed through the interface platform.

When the board is installed, eight configurable control input plugs are available for the drive.

The board accepts input voltages rated from 2 to 240 V, both AC and DC.

The input voltage sent to the control board is converted to a 24 VDC logic signal acceptable to the control board.

The signals generated by the control board can be easily transmitted through the LAN terminals, the drive control board, and the NTB terminal board.

The seven integrated control outputs of the control board consist of low-current and low-voltage C-type relay contact connectors.

The user should observe the installation parameters provided by the device manufacturer. These guidelines may prevent some damage to the equipment.

Only trained personnel qualified to install the board should be allowed to operate the 531X307LTBAJG1 LAN terminal.

Detailed instructions on wiring procedures can be found in the board's data sheet and manual.

As with all other members of the 531X family, technical support for this card is initially provided by the manufacturer, General Electric.
