ECO FX20 Distributed I/O Re-releases Two Function Modules

Two new members have been added to IST's FX20 series of distributed I/O: the four-channel IO-Link master module and the single-channel pulse output module.

Both functional modules are based on different usage scenarios for the IP20 scalable I/O market, bringing more I/O solutions for different professional uses.

Four-channel IO-Link master module:

FX20 four-channel IO-Link master module selected IO-Link V1.1.2 specification planning, 4 × 8Byte version, each channel supports Class A or Class B connection method.

Compatible with COM1. COM2 and COM3 multiple communication rates, can be conveniently connected to various types of IO-Link devices.

It can be easily connected to various types of IO-Link devices, such as photoelectric ranging, IO-Link valve island, RFID, etc. With IST's abundant IP67 and IP20 IO-Link slave hub modules, it can be flexibly combined to form an in-cabinet + out-of-cabinet I/O program, which can further reduce the user's overall program cost.

Single-channel pulse output module:

FX20 series pulse output module supports 1 channel A, B phase pulse output channel, maximum output frequency 200kHz, output mode support single pulse (pulse + direction) and double pulse (CW/CCW).

The module is equipped with four digital input channels, namely, origin, brake, upper limit and lower limit, which is convenient for logical control of pulse signals.

The pulse output module can accurately control stepper motors, servo motors, and other motion actuators. Combined with the high-speed counting module, it forms the FX20 distributed closed-loop control solution.

IST FX20 has successively introduced high-speed counting, pulse output, serial communication, IO-Link master and other functional modules, which further enriches the module varieties of the FX20 distributed I/O system and expands the application scenarios of FX20.

It expands the FX20 professional use scenarios to satisfy the demand for motion control, appearance data acquisition, intelligent sensor interconnection and other use areas, and supplies diversified distributed I/O solutions for 3C, semiconductor, new energy, medical equipment, chemical industry and other professions.
