works together under one roof to manufacture and deliver

reliable excitation systems as well as timely and professional

after-sales services. ABB has a vast installed base across North

America, with over 1.800 units in operation (over 10.000 units

worldwide). ABB's Excitation Systems service team is ready for

emergency travel and dedicated engineers are available

24/7/365 through the 1-800 technical support service hotline.

experienced ABB-certified trainers. These sessions are

specifically focused on maximizing the operating and

maintenance know-how of operators and technical personnel.

Operation and Maintenance training, e-learning, standard or

tailored classroom courses are all offered at one of our

training centers or on-site.

As part of our commitment to the environment, the Excitation

Systems Center of Excellence for North America is located in a

state-of-the-art building that is Silver LEED certified. The

Center of Excellence is also ISO 9001:2015 certified for design,

project management, manufacturing, testing and servicing,

ISO 14001:2015 certified for environmental standards as well

as ISO 45001:2018 certified for Health and Safety standards

and have been for over 20 years. All Excitation Systems and

products manufactured at our facility undergo rigorous testing and are UL and CSA certified.
