COMPACT ALL-STEEL HOT GAS GENERATOR FOR RAPID

TEMPERATURE CHANGES AND LARGE VOLUME FLOWS

The CCS-LT was specially developed for processes with rapid

temperature changes, intermittent operation, and high volume

flows. The compact, all-steel construction without refractory

lining enables short start-up times, low weight, and flexible

installation options. The tangentially fed mixed gas, together

with the SAACKE SSB burner, ensures low emissions, a very

homogeneous temperature profile, and low pressure losses

– ideal for applications with low outlet temperatures and

energy-efficient mixed gas operation.
