Bringing it all together
With 2-minute RMS, 120 cycle waveform, and +/- 0.1 ms event sequencing
recording, PXQ automatically categorizes sags and swells by severity, then
displays the totals on the industry standard ITIC plot. SEMI-F47 is supported
as well.
Enhanced Capture Module (PXQ-ENH)
• Detects and records high-speed voltage transients, which are short, high
-intensity surges that can cause equipment degradation. Transients can cause
costly disruptions and premature equipment failure
• Captures high-speed voltage transients as short as 100ns duration and up
to 10kV magnitude
• Provides detailed waveform data with 1 cycle (17ms)
