Aspen Launches aspenONE V12.2 Accelerating Digitalisation to Achieve Sustainability Goals and Operational Excellence

Aspen Technology, Inc., a leading global provider of asset optimisation software, announced the release of a new version of its aspenONE V12 software. v12.2 features new sustainability models and product functionality to help organisations accelerate their digital transformation and achieve sustainable growth.

The aspenONE V12 solution includes more than 50 models that provide insight into where operational efficiencies can be made to support Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO2 reduction targets. Using these models, organisations can also reduce emissions across the entire value chain by reducing the use of energy, water and raw materials, transitioning to new energy sources such as biofuels and hydrogen, and achieving a circular economy through processes such as plastics recycling and converting waste materials into chemicals.

An intuitive flowcharting environment simplifies model creation, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring that plans are aligned with production operations to optimise production.

- Aspen Production Execution Manager (APEM) - Faster execution of work orders, consistent delivery of quality products, and regulatory compliance. The new APEM mobile web application provides mobility and an intuitive touch-screen experience to ensure efficient, accurate execution and high-speed performance - up to five times faster workflow.

- Aspen Supply Chain Management (SCM) Insights - Digitally execute monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)/Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes in a flexible environment with cross-functional collaboration with relevant neighbouring domains across the supply chain to deliver high-value business results.

- Aspen UnscramblerTM - New capabilities to pre-process and manipulate batch data for faster, deeper analysis, dramatically improving the speed of analysis of large data sets.
