1. Long-term high-definition investigation of living cells
CQ3000 selects Yokogawa Electric's high-precision temperature control and dual turntables with microlenses to capture optical sectioning images (coaggregation images) faster and more vividly.
Compared with other co-aggregate systems on the market, it can minimize the damage to cells, thus completing long-term stable and accurate investigation of live cell cultures.
2. Rapid selection
The CQ3000 can quickly capture images of microplates thanks to the enhancements of the carrier stage control and autofocus function.
When used in conjunction with the optional dual camera and wide field-of-view image capture function, the entire field-of-view can be captured uniformly, thus shortening the image capture time.
This product enables rapid selection of promising compounds from a large number of new drug candidates.
3. High image quality
It uses Yokogawa Electric's proprietary water-immersion objective mechanism to capture bright pictures at low magnification in addition to specific investigations at high magnification.
In addition, with the optional homogenizer, it can accomplish uniform illumination across the field of view to capture vivid pictures.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation announced that it has developed the CellVoyager High Intrinsic Profiling System CQ3000.This product is part of the CellVoyager™ High Intrinsic Profiling (HCA) system solution family.
It includes cell investigation equipment and graphical profiling software and is scheduled to be available for sale in July 2024.
The CQ3000 quickly captures high-definition 3D micrographs of live cell cultures. When used in conjunction with CellPathfinder graphical profiling software
it can quantify and dissect intracellular organelles and evaluate cellular responses and the effects of drug compounds. It enables efficient evaluation of cells in a variety of environments from basic research to drug discovery selection.
The CQ3000 will be on display at SLAS2024. an international conference and exhibition sponsored by the Society for Laboratory Automation and Selection (SLAS), which will be held February 3-7 in Boston.
